Kitchen Inspiration-Modern Classic Chic
Modern classic chic for me, is carefully combining three styles. This look takes the best of "classic", a touch of "eclectic", and the sleek elegance of "modern." It's sophisticated, without feeling pretentious or unapproachable, and it's inviting enough that you feel like you can kick back and relax. That's why I rounded up some of my favorite items that epitomize this ethos to a T.
There’s something so classic and tailored about a black and white palette. The color scheme is a collection of cool tones but the addition of dark wood and brushed brass add warmth and a posh feel to the design.
The door style is a simple white shaker with a step detail to add a modern touch. It still allows for a timeless look.
I wanted to step away from the typical white marbles like Carrara and Calcutta, that's why I chose this stunning Bianco Lasa Macchia. Imagine having this as an island waterfall counter or as the backsplash. Drooling!
I do love finding statement pieces for any space and I think all of these are just that.
Adding metal inlays to wood is one of my favorite things. It brings it to a whole other level of sophisication and luxury.
